About Us

Bolka is an independent design brand based in Istanbul, Türkiye, creating thoughtfully crafted objects inspired by folklore, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage.

Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and colours are as accurate as possible.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, weaving, or finish are not defects but part of the character of the product.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected by the customer at checkout.

Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time an order is placed.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Bolka does not store customers' full payment card details.

Order Acceptance

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances.

Should an order be cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Türkiye.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local carriers, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country of residence.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including photographs, text, illustrations, logos, designs, graphics, and product concepts, is the property of Bolka and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products purchased through this website.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.
