At Bolka, each piece is produced in limited quantities and many of our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques. We believe in creating thoughtfully rather than quickly, and we thank you for supporting a slower, more considered way of making.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand, product launches, or public holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be longer. Should this occur, we will keep you informed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times vary according to destination and local customs procedures. While we endeavour to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bolka@bolka.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • With all original packaging and tags attached

  • Free from marks, damage, odours, or signs of wear

Once your return has been approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Bolka cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
