Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This period starts from the date the consumer receives the goods.

Return Shipping Costs: In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are usually borne by the seller unless the seller has informed the consumer otherwise or if the product is defective.

Conditions for Returns: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom-Made or Personalised Products: Products that are custom-made or personalised are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal. This will be indicated if applicable.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
